Absolutely not. Our screens are high quality, premium Super OLED, the best in the market currently. You will not see or feel any difference than a genuine iPhone screen, we program the screens true tone colours and make sure the touch and display are functioning the same way your genuine screen did. You may realise some places may offer different prices for screen replacements, that's due to the quality and type of screen being sourced, some are cheap and some are top end quality that are unnoticeable from the genuine screens! NOTE: You may get a message display on your phone that the screen installed is not genuine apple screen, this is normal and will end up going away if you ignore it. Please ask for further information in person at our lab in Ealing if you wish.
This completely depends on the issue you have on your computer, some issues can be fixed in the same day, and some may take a few days. Hardware repairs usually take a few days as we would need to order in parts from our supplier. Some issues can be solved immediately at the lab. Please contact us to discuss this over the phone, via whatsapp or pop in for a chat!
The great thing about us is we give you the option to decide before we repair anything, We first diagnose the device, then share the costs involved with you and give you a quote, if you agree with pricing we will immediately start the repairs process, and if not, you may collect your device without charge. We also have a 'no fix no fee' policy. If we spend time trying to repair your device for example, your iPad died from liquid damage and does not turn back on, we will not charge you anything due to the fact that it could not be repaired. Yes this takes up our time but its only fair to our customers that they do not get charged for a device that cannot be repaired!
Yes, we are always happy to assist customers with minor settings adjustments or questions about specific programs. In many cases, if the issue can be resolved quickly (within 5-10 minutes), we offer this support for free. However, if the discussion, training, or configuration requires more of our time, a consultation fee will apply. We value our time and need to balance it with other repair work, so it's only fair that longer sessions (e.g., over 10 minutes) are charged at a reasonable rate. We strive to be transparent and fair with our customers while ensuring we can provide high-quality service.
